As beautiful as animations are to watch, they are tremendously challenging to create. Even the most seasoned animators can sometimes find themselves in the middle chaotic productions, with no light of the tunnel in sight. In this one-day hands-on workshop, maker and animation producer Tünde Vollenbroek will help you get your project organised and turn production chaos into a clear workable plan. During the workshop you will be deep diving the world of animation production. Think: schedules, shot breakdowns and asset lists, among others. And don’t worry, if these notions don’t mean anything to you at the start of they day, you’ll get them under your thumb by the end of it! In the morning you will start with understanding the key concepts and what they’re used for. In the afternoon you’ll put the theory to practice and apply the notions to your own project! At the end of the workshop you can expect to leave with a concrete plan for your production and many useful tips about how to best carry it through.
